[Cautions for use]
■[Prohibition of riding with headlights off / racing with security parts removed]
If a bike whose headlights are always on is riden with the lights off due to simple modification (just disconnecting the wires), the unconsumed power will increase the voltage of the entire bike.
If you continue to ride the bike as is, the battery may deteriorate due to overcharging or the stock regulator may fail due to excessive strain.
The adverse effect is stronger in the case of the engine modification which runs at a higher engine speed than stock.
If the headlight has gone out stop riding immediately, or switch to high beam (and adjust the optical axis) if it is necessary to ride.
At this time, ride at low rpm as much as possible.
Removing all security parts from a race bike requires specialized knowledge and replacement or additional parts.

■Do not install aftermarket H.I.D. kits, or LED headlights or fog lamps made by other companies at the same time.
Some ballasts / inverters (voltage converters) emit high-voltage noise that may adversely affect digital circuits, causing product failure or malfunction.

■Do not install an aftermarket ignition system, ignition coil, plug cord, or racing plugs (non-resistor type), as they may cause a malfunction due to an increase in adverse noise.
Deterioration of ignition system components is also related to increased ignition noise.

■Do not install an aftermarket power generator because it may cause a drop in battery voltage due to insufficient charging power or malfunction of control voltage, which may result in failure or damage.

*For battery-less vehicles, it is recommended to install SP TAKEGAWA mini regulator kit at the same time because the voltage is unstable.(Mini Regulator Kit Part No: 05-06-0014)
