Material and Process:
Aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum alloy and industrial composite POM (Polyoxymethylene), CNC machined and hard anodized.
Product Features and Functionality:
- Complete Frame Protection: The aluminum-magnesium alloy base features a special collapsible design; in the event of a severe fall/crash, the base will bend/break first to prevent greater damage to the frame/mounting points.
- Minimize Sliding Range: The patented rotating slider design increases the possibility of the vehicle sliding in an arc when it falls, reducing the risk of additional collisions.
- Anti-Loosening/Anti-Seizing Design: Each frame slider set includes an elastic oil seal to reduce loosening or seizing caused by vehicle vibration.
- Premium Anti-Rust Treatment: Screws use Dacromet anti-rust technology, standard for European vehicles, to prevent rust that makes removal difficult while maintaining the appearance of the parts.
- Highest EU Standards: Complies with German TUV EU R2 design standards, reducing potential additional injuries to riders or pedestrians caused by the product in an accident.
- Extended Product Life: All parts of the frame slider set can be purchased as replacement parts to maintain normal function and overall aesthetics.
- Premium Anodized Surface Treatment: Anodizing process equivalent to high-end mobile phones, providing more color options to decorate your bike with long-lasting, high-quality colors.
