【Notes Before Ordering】
Before ordering, please double-check information such as the color and size you wish to purchase.
Most items have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there is a possibility that some products may be discontinued or require a long wait for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other delivery issues, the order will not be processed; no charges will be incurred if the order is not finalized.
Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in packaging or product appearance differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's unilateral change in product design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of order, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transit, even if the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return service, please apply via the returns section; please keep the product in its original condition and pack it securely in the original packaging box.
Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For returns due to non-human-induced defects, please apply within 7 days of receiving the product.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if any item is found to be a suspected counterfeit and is confirmed as such by a court judgment following relevant litigation, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
