．Preload Adjuster



Please use a 12mm socket for adjustments. One full turn equals 1mm, with a maximum range of 10 ± 0.5mm. The adjustment rod has scale marks on the side for quick and easy setting.



．NTN Needle Bearings



Equipped with built-in NTN needle bearings to reduce friction when adjusting the preload.



．Lightweight Preload Tube



Ensure that the black plastic side faces the spring during installation. The lightweight tube replaces the excess spring, calculated based on the required travel.



．Reinforced Springs



The springs are made of SAE9254 silicon steel, resulting in lightweight springs with larger coil spacing.



．High Sensitivity Valve Piston (W.R.V.P)



Precisely calculated high-sensitivity valve settings, combined with a large piston with independent single-way damping design for compression and rebound. Provides the necessary damping force for low, medium, and high-speed operations, reducing excess simple harmonic motion (S.H.M), and ensuring maximum tire contact force and static friction.



．Compact and Lightweight Piston Rod



The piston rod is compacted to increase the oil volume inside the front fork, stabilizing the oil temperature and damping force. The piston rod is made of high-tensile aerospace-grade aluminum for lightweight purposes.
