If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other delivery issues, the order will not be processed, and no charges will be incurred.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or design, which may result in the packaging or the product itself appearing different from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of order, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
As products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, packaging may occasionally be deformed or damaged, even if the product itself remains intact and fully functional.
