EASY Frame Slider Kit

Black

Product Features and Function Description:
DIMOTIV SAFE frame sliders utilize Polyoxymethylene (POM) as the primary protective body. POM is an engineering thermoplastic with the following characteristics:
1. Shock Absorption: Absorbs impact force during a tip-over, effectively protecting the motorcycle frame.
2. High Rigidity: High hardness and excellent wear resistance.
3. Low Friction Coefficient: A low friction coefficient effectively reduces the probability of the motorcycle bouncing or flipping due to excessive friction.
The slider body is made entirely of POM, and the slider is secured to the aluminum alloy base with an oil seal, eliminating concerns about the slider loosening due to vibration. The aluminum alloy base is made of 6061-T6 aluminum-magnesium alloy, known for its high strength and lightweight properties.
When the motorcycle is subjected to an impact, the first layer of protection is absorbed by the POM slider, utilizing its characteristics to reduce friction. The second layer of protection is absorbed by the aluminum alloy base; if the impact force is too great for the aluminum alloy to withstand, it will bend or break, preventing the base from tearing the motorcycle frame and causing greater damage.
The third layer of protection is absorbed by the high-carbon steel base, reducing the probability and area of damage to the motorcycle frame. The steel plate is less rigid than the motorcycle's steel frame, so it will also bend or break if the impact force is excessive.
The mounting bolts use premium anti-rust treatment - Geomet, an anti-corrosion coating composed mainly of zinc powder, aluminum powder, chromic acid, and deionized water.
Geomet is widely applied, and top-tier European motorcycle models use this anti-rust treatment technology. When the POM slider is damaged and unusable, it can be purchased separately, extending the product's lifespan.
DIMOTIV upholds the spirit of German boutique craftsmanship, providing you with top-tier quality even in the smallest details.

※The vehicle model may have different specifications in different regions and may not be compatible for installation.
