【Pre-order Notice】
Before ordering, please double-check the color, size, and other relevant information. Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be cases where items are discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other factors, it will not be processed, and no charges will be applied. Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or designs, which may result in the packaging or the product itself differing from the images on the product page. If such changes prevent the product from performing its intended function, please consult our customer service for further assistance. Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may cause deformation or damage to the packaging, though the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return, please apply via the returns section; ensure the product remains in its original condition and is packed in its original packaging. Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible. For non-human-induced defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receipt.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products covered by our authenticity guarantee, if any item is proven to be a counterfeit through legal proceedings and a final court judgment, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
