【Pre-order Notice】
Before placing an order, please carefully confirm the color, size, and other relevant information. Most items have lead times provided after the order is placed; therefore, some items may be discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other factors, it will not be processed, and no charges will be incurred. Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or designs, which may result in differences between the packaging or product appearance and the images on the product page. If such changes prevent the product from functioning as expected, please contact our customer service for further assistance. Items undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may cause deformation or damage to the packaging, though the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return, please apply via the returns section; ensure the product appearance is maintained and it is sealed in its original packaging. Upon receiving your return request, we will dispatch a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible. Please apply for returns due to non-human-induced defects within 7 days of receipt.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and are confirmed as such by a court judgment following relevant litigation, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
