Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where products are discontinued or require a long wait for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other delivery issues, it will not be processed; no charges will be incurred if the order is not finalized.
Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in the packaging or the product itself differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing as expected at the time of order, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transit, even if the product itself remains intact and functional.
