[Pre-order Notice]
Before ordering, please double-check the color, size, and other information.
Most items have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where items are discontinued or require a long wait for shipment.
Orders will not be processed if the manufacturer is out of stock or unable to supply; no charges will be incurred if the order is not processed.
Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or designs, which may result in packaging or product appearance differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing as expected, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transit, while the product itself remains intact and functional.
[Return Notice]
If you require a return, please apply via the returns section; please keep the product in its original condition and sealed in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human damage defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receipt.
[Authenticity Guarantee]
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if any item is found to be a suspected counterfeit and is confirmed as such by a court ruling following relevant litigation, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
