Most products have delivery times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where products are discontinued or require a long waiting time for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to factors such as manufacturer stock shortages or temporary inability to deliver, the order will not be established; no fees will be charged if the order is not established.
Please understand that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in packaging or product styling that differs from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's unilateral change in product design or specifications results in the product failing to perform the functions expected at the time of ordering, please consult our customer service for subsequent handling.
Products go through multiple shipping processes from ordering to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transport, but the product itself remains intact and usable.
