【Pre-order Notice】
Before ordering, please double-check the color, size, and other relevant information.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed; therefore, some items may be discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other delivery issues, the order will not be processed, and no charges will be incurred.
Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in the packaging or the product itself differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's design or specification change prevents the product from performing as expected at the time of order, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may result in deformation or damage to the packaging, while the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return service, please apply through the returns section; please keep the product appearance intact and pack it in its original shipping box.
Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human damage or defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and are confirmed as such by a court judgment following relevant litigation, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
