From prototype to final product, it has undergone months of testing at Taiwan's Lihpao Racing Circuit and K1 Karting Circuit, with repeated discussions and angle adjustments involving various professional and amateur riders.
Unlike general aerodynamic kits that prioritize "trends" and "styling," the GPW series kits insist on meeting the practical demands of the track and high-speed riding.
To cater to the R7's low-end torque burst and the agility of its twin-cylinder engine, the design has been adjusted to allow downforce to manifest earlier, prioritizing a fluid dynamics design that keeps the front end firmly planted on the ground.
This allows the body to use aerodynamics to enhance deceleration during braking into corners and enables more confident throttle application when exiting corners at high speeds.
(Professional riders state: The feeling of the front end being planted to the ground on straights is significantly different compared to when it is not installed, and it also gives me more confidence to attempt more extreme braking trigger points.)
Designed with fluid dynamics in mind, the two-stage layered structure stabilizes the vehicle body while maintaining steering agility, and the multi-layered visual effect makes the R7's refined front end look even more aggressive.
For 6 years, R2 SPEEDTEK has been providing small-batch, diverse products to many riders and customers using high-precision industrial 3D printing technology, having developed nearly a hundred products in total.
Because of the unibody technology, the winglets do not need to be disassembled, allowing us to convey our design philosophy more completely. In fact, adjustments were made to the lines and flow in this version; the end of the front wing is lighter, and the flow of the rear wing is cleaner and smoother.
Of course, this brings a small downside: unibody kits result in slightly higher shipping costs, which is one of the reasons why many kits are designed to be disassembled into multiple pieces.
Furthermore, the finer surface texture allows any paint to adhere easily. Once sprayed, it adheres quickly and is difficult to scratch off with a fingernail, making personalized painting more convenient. Therefore, R2 does not perform any post-processing before shipment.

R2 SPEEDTEK's brand-new manufacturing process is here! The new process introduces a carbon fiber and plastic composite material, which not only possesses higher hardness and wear resistance but also comes with a textured finish, maintaining its luster and high-tech feel without the need for maintenance.
