The XILLA backrest bracket is made from China Steel Corporation (CSC) steel plates, ensuring the highest quality, unlike unknown imported steel materials. The purity of the steel significantly impacts durability and lifespan!
The XILLA mounting bracket is custom-made for the RTS 125/135/165 for a perfect fit, with precise alignment of mounting points for a stable and secure installation.
The XILLA backrest pad is connected to the mounting bracket using 5 stainless steel nylon lock nuts, which will not loosen over time due to motorcycle vibrations, unlike generic backrests that only use two standard screws. This provides better weight distribution and over 3 times the support strength.
The XILLA quick-release backrest allows owners to install it easily themselves and transfer it to another vehicle anytime with tools.
We have put great effort into preventing corrosion; the bracket surface undergoes a dual-layer anti-rust treatment: the first layer is a galvanized anti-rust protective film, and the second layer is a highly weather-resistant sand-textured powder coating.
The first layer of galvanized anti-rust treatment has passed a 72-hour salt spray test according to ASTM standards (equivalent to 3 years of exposure near the coast without rusting, or over 10 years in general residential areas).
The second layer is a premium black sand-textured powder coating with high weather resistance and anti-UV technology, passing MEK testing, ensuring it won't peel due to extreme heat (this coating is commonly used in hot countries, such as on million-dollar speed cameras in California, USA).
Every part is custom-molded for this specific vehicle model, including materials and surface treatment.

※The vehicle model may have different specifications in different regions and may not be compatible for installation.
