Suzuki's V-Strom 800DE brings an all-new mid-size parallel-twin platform to the adventure market in the form of a 776cc 270-degree crankshaft engine.
Yoshimura used the RS-12 ADV muffler to develop a Street Series Works Finish slip-on to provide a nice tone to the new engine but also to help shed some weight and to give the V-Strom more power and torque for off-road excursions.
The RS-12 ADV is designed and developed to tackle adventurous trails.
The new V-Strom responded to our RS-12 ADV which gave the new Suzuki a nice boost with a 1.7% increase in HP and 1.6% increase in torque.
The new V-Strom features a custom-made patented carbon fiber thermal heat shield to protect against heat from the exhaust pipe and give the bike a truly one-of-a-kind look.
