Article 2: Member Account Management Responsibilities
After the account application is completed, Party B must manage their account and password independently. If there are any issues with logging in or forgotten passwords, Party B can seek assistance from Party A immediately.
Party B is not allowed to transfer or sell their account. If it is found that the account is not used by Party B or their employees, Party A has the right to suspend Party B’s account.
If Party B discovers unauthorized use of their account or suspects it has been compromised, they should notify Party A for assistance immediately.
Party B must not leak any technical documents provided exclusively by Party A.
Party B must not disclose the wholesaler prices provided by Party A in any form. If discovered, Party A may immediately revoke Party B’s wholesaler qualifications.
Article 3: Shopping Regulations
Party B has the responsibility to fully understand Party A’s shopping regulations and payment methods before making a purchase. If Party B has any questions about a product before placing an order, they should consult Party A first.
If Party B purchases a product that is defective, damaged, or missing parts, Party A will unconditionally process a return for Party B.
Party B cannot request a return unconditionally.
Party B must not refuse to accept the items without reason after making a purchase.
Article 4: Withdrawal and Violation-Related Matters
If Party B wishes to withdraw their membership, they can contact Party A at any time to handle the related procedures.
Upon withdrawal, the company may require the member to repay any outstanding debts (if any).
Once the withdrawal procedure is completed, Party B will no longer be able to use the service. Registration data, points, and vouchers will be deleted simultaneously.
If Party B violates the above regulations more than twice, Party A has the right to forcibly cancel Party B’s account privileges, and Party B will be permanently banned from reapplying, thereby forfeiting all rights and special offers related to the service. Additionally, upon member withdrawal, Party B will no longer have any claims against the company.
