*1: The face must be replaced before any damage occurs to the hammer head.First, make sure that the handlebar is not damaged.If it is damaged, it should be replaced with one of the followingCorrect size, shape and type of handle.Also make sure the handlebar is not loose in the head.If the handlebar is loosened, it must be re-protected or replaced, if possible.
*2: Cut and remove as much of the old surface as possible.Drill a hole in the center of the face, taking care not to drill into the face.Use a bottom drill or milling machine to use the flats and remove as much of the face as possible.
*3: You may be able to grab the center of the old skin surface and fold it inward in that case.
*4: After the old side is removed, insert the new side.The rim must be opened just enough for the new surface to fit.The best way to perform this operation is a combination of a suitable press and an opening / closing tool.
*5: With the new face in place, reverse the combination tool and close it around the new face with a suitable press.Again, the rim is closed enough to hold the face firmly in place.When correctly mounted, the face can be rotated.
*6: Many customers replace the skin face, but the used copper face is particularly difficult to remove.Copper sockets have small grooves in them, and the copper will enlarge during use.The copper applied to the products is 99% pure, soft, and can mushroom on the hammerhead after considerable use.In this state, depending on the application, the copper lasts almost indefinitely without further deformation once the surface has been set.Many customers find it more economical to use the copper end for destruction.
