One of the most popular bikes on the planet, the KTM 500 EXC-F, now has the ultimate exhaust option with our all new RS-12 full system.

Packed with features, the RS-12 Enduro Series offering comes with a USFS approved spark arrestor and huge horsepower gains.

The KTM 500 EXC-F posted gains of 21.8% peak HP and 15% peak torque on the dyno.

On the trail this translates into a rawer grunt when you have to get up on that rock or log.

On the road it offers more opportunities to leave and go to reach the next path.

Our machined joints will provide a more precise fit and longer life between muffler removal intervals.

The RS-12 offers great clearance for tires and brake calipers to create an overall superior exhaust system.

Features and Benefits

Aggressively and intelligently designed, the RS-12 asymmetrically shaped muffler maximizes capacity and incorporates a resonance chamber for sound management and increased usable power.

The RS-12's unique profile also provides more tire and brake caliper clearance.

The streamlined muffler body inlet design of the RS-12 allows the system to be pushed forward thus aiding in weight centralization without sacrificing performance.

Just like the works systems our Factory Racers use, the RS-12 systems use precision machined joints.

Machined joints provide a superior and precise fit for joints by better sealing between two surfaces with a perfect 360 degree contact surface which results in improved system life, fit and performance.

The new, patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring simplifies the installation and removal of acoustic inserts and spark arrestors.

Professional looking matte carbon fiber case back with industry leading design, innovation and detailing as expected from Yoshimura.

The carbon end cap covers the RS-12 inner cap, thus enhancing the appearance while providing easier service than other sandwich mount designs more commonly found in the industry.

This system includes a USFS approved spark arrestor

NOTE: The factory turn signals need to be repositioned as the muffler outlet is in line with the position of the turn signals themselves
