· Material and Craftsmanship: Precision CNC machining from 6061 T6 aluminum, featuring a special oil channel design and high-tension screws to enhance brake force transmission.
· Bleeder screws and brake pad pins are made of 304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
· Piston Material: 7075 aluminum alloy, precisely machined and hard anodized for wear resistance.
· Piston Sizes: ø34mm & ø30mm paired to create a progressive braking curve.
· Mounting Hole Distance: 40mm. Caliper mounting bolts are M10*1.5, and oil inlet bolt is M10*1.0.
· Brake Pads: Premium composite material delivering stable high braking performance from normal temperature up to 400˚C. Maximum heat resistance reaches 600~800˚C. Complies with environmental regulations with a GG rating.
· Testing Items: Hydraulic rigidity test, burst test, durability operation test.
· Applicable Models: Universal product with 40mm hole distance.
