If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other delivery issues, the order will not be processed, and no charges will be incurred.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or design, which might result in differences between the packaging or the product itself and the images shown on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of purchase, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping stages from order to delivery, which may occasionally cause deformation or damage to the packaging, even if the product itself remains intact and fully functional.
