Radiator Guard for NINJA 650 / Z650 (17-24)

-

Part Number: DI-RPC-KA-38
Product Name: DIMOTIV KAWASAKI Radiator Guard (Basic)
Compatible Models: KAWASAKI NINJA650 / Z650 17-23

Why is a radiator guard a must-have upgrade?
Because the factory radiator is fragile and roads are full of small hazards.
Often, without notice, the factory radiator fins get damaged by gravel.
In severe cases, the radiator can be punctured, causing engine cooling system failure, which is very expensive to repair.

Furthermore, the cooling system is key to maintaining normal engine operation. The radiator is usually located behind the front wheel.
DIMOTIV uses an aluminum alloy mesh with a large-area, multi-hole design that does not impede cooling performance.
Installing a radiator guard reduces the risk of radiator damage while maintaining cooling efficiency.
Ensuring your rides, whether short or long, go smoothly.

DIMOTIV radiator guards are thoughtful
Heat-resistant foam is attached to the back where it contacts the radiator to prevent the guard from scratching or damaging the factory radiator or frame due to vibration.

Product Features:
Radiator guard maintains cooling efficiency
Simple DIY installation to protect your radiator.
Includes vibration-absorbing heat-resistant foam to reduce friction between the guard and the bike body
Protects the factory radiator from being punctured by small stones while riding
Multiple colors available to match your style and make your bike look better
Passed corrosion resistance (rust prevention) tests and 60-hour UV resistance tests.
Fading begins only after 60 hours of exposure to 100 eV UV, whereas typical environmental UV is about 3-10 eV

DIMOTIV radiator guards are custom-made products and cannot be canceled after the order is placed.

Installation Notes:
When installing the DIMOTIV radiator guard, depending on the model, you may need to remove the fairings first.
Please avoid letting the upper mounting hooks and lower mounting points contact the factory radiator surface to prevent damage.

※The vehicle model may have different specifications in different regions and may not be compatible for installation.
