【Pre-order Notice】
Before placing an order, please double-check the color, size, and other relevant information.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed; therefore, some items may be discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
Orders will not be processed if the manufacturer is out of stock or unable to supply the goods; no charges will be applied if the order is not finalized.
Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in differences between the packaging or the product itself and the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of order, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may result in deformation or damage to the packaging, while the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return service, please apply through the returns section; please keep the product in its original condition and pack it securely in the original packaging.
Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human-induced defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receipt.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and are proven as such by a court judgment following relevant litigation, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
