【Notes Before Ordering】
Before ordering, please carefully confirm the color, size, and other information.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where products are discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or temporary unavailability, the order will not be processed; no charges will be incurred if the order is not finalized.
Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in the packaging or product appearance differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may result in deformation or damage to the packaging, though the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return, please apply through the returns section; please keep the product appearance intact and seal it in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your return request, we will dispatch a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human damage defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receipt.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and proven as such through legal proceedings and a final court judgment, we will provide compensation to the customer equal to 10 times the original purchase price.
