【Notes Before Ordering】
Before ordering, please carefully confirm the color, size, and other information of the item you wish to purchase.
Most items have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there is a possibility of items being discontinued or requiring a long wait for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other factors, it will not be processed; no charges will be incurred if the order is not established.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or designs, which may result in the packaging or the product itself differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of order, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Items undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may result in deformation or damage to the packaging, while the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return service, please apply via the returns section; please keep the product in its original condition and pack it securely in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your return request, we will dispatch a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human-induced defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products guaranteed to be authentic, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and confirmed by a court judgment following relevant litigation, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
