【Pre-order Notice】
Before placing an order, please carefully confirm information such as the color and size you wish to purchase.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where products are discontinued or require a long wait for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or temporary unavailability, the order will not be processed; no charges will be incurred if the order is not finalized.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in the packaging or the product itself differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing as expected at the time of purchase, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transit, provided the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require return services, please apply via the returns section; please keep the product appearance intact and pack it securely in its original packaging box.
Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human damage or defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and proven as such through legal proceedings and a final court judgment, customers who purchased these items will be compensated 10 times the original purchase price.
