【Pre-order Notice】
Before placing an order, please carefully verify the color, size, and other relevant information. Most items have lead times confirmed after the order is placed; therefore, some products may be discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other factors, it will not be processed, and no charges will be incurred. Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or designs, which may result in differences between the packaging or product appearance and the images on the product page. If a manufacturer's design or specification change prevents the product from performing its intended function, please contact our customer service for further assistance. As products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, packaging may occasionally be deformed or damaged, though the product itself remains intact and functional.

Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible. Please apply for returns due to non-human-induced defects within 7 days of receipt.
