【Pre-order Notice】
Before ordering, please double-check the color, size, and other relevant information.
Most items have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where items are discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other delivery issues, the order will not be processed; no charges will be applied if the order is not finalized.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or design, which may result in differences between the packaging or product appearance and the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's design or specification change prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of order, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Items undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may result in deformation or damage to the packaging, while the product itself remains intact and functional.

If you require a return, please apply through the returns section; please keep the product appearance intact and seal it in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your return request, we will dispatch a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human damage defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products guaranteed to be authentic, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and are proven as such through legal proceedings and a final court judgment, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
