【Notes before ordering】
Before placing an order, please double-check information such as the color and size you wish to purchase.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where products are discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or temporary unavailability, the order will not be processed; no charges will be incurred if the order is not finalized.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in the packaging or the product itself differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing as expected at the time of order, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transit, even if the product itself remains intact and fully functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return service, please apply via the returns section; please keep the product in its original condition and pack it in the original shipping box.
Upon receiving your return request, we will dispatch a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For returns due to non-human-induced defects, please apply within 7 days of receipt.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if any item is found to be a suspected counterfeit and is proven as such through legal proceedings and a final court judgment, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
