【Notes before ordering】
Before ordering, please double-check the color, size, and other information.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where products are discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or temporary unavailability, the order will not be established; no charges will be incurred if the order is not established.
Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in packaging or product appearance differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's unilateral change in product design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of order, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may result in deformation or damage to the packaging during transit, while the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require return services, please apply in the returns section; please keep the product appearance intact and seal it in its original packaging box.
Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human damage defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and proven as such through relevant litigation and final court judgment, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
