【Notes Before Ordering】
Before ordering, please double-check the color, size, and other relevant information.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where products are discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other delivery issues, the order will not be processed, and no charges will be incurred.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in differences between the packaging or the product itself and the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transit, even if the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return, please apply through the returns section; ensure the product's appearance is maintained and it is securely packed in its original box.
Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
Returns for non-human-induced defects must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products guaranteed to be authentic, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits through legal proceedings and confirmed by a court judgment, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price.
