3M Premium Paint Protection Film (PPF) Handlebar Protector for GOGORO JEGO

-

Two imported film materials are currently available!
3M high-gloss TPU protective film [Maximum scratch and UV resistance] -- for body panels/instruments/lights
3M matte TPU protective film [Fingerprint-resistant and anti-glare] -- for matte body panels/instruments

Pink areas in the images indicate the application locations, not the film color. The film is transparent.

Too much foam in the application solution can become trapped under the film and be difficult to squeegee out completely. Avoid adding too much dish soap or liquid soap to greatly improve your chances of a successful installation!
If this is your first DIY film installation, consider your skills and patience carefully! Watch our installation videos first. If you are not confident, use a professional installer.
Concerned about lifting edges? Use the optional 3M high-performance adhesion promoter before pressing down the film edges to improve adhesion. (Avoid transparent parts such as instrument covers; apply only along the edges.)
Some strongly curved areas use multiple film pieces. Gaps between pieces are normal. Please consider this before ordering if you require a seamless finish.
Use a heat gun or hair dryer during installation to help the film conform.

Use the wet application method.
Clean the application surface thoroughly before installation to prevent dust from becoming trapped under the film. (Use cleaning solvent if necessary, but check that it is safe for the vehicle's surface material first.)
Use neutral dish soap or soapy water at approximately 2~3:1000 (1000ml water + 2~3C.C dish soap or liquid soap). Add a little more soap if needed for lubrication. Note: Excess foam is difficult to squeegee out and may remain under the film.
If you do not have a silicone squeegee, wrap an unused membership card or credit card in an absorbent cloth instead.
After installation, gently warm the film with a household hair dryer while using a squeegee to improve conformity.
Remaining moisture gradually disappears after 1-2 weeks in sunlight. Avoid washing the vehicle during this period.
*When replacing the film, warm its surface with a hair dryer or heat gun and peel it off gradually to reduce adhesive residue.

※The vehicle model may have different specifications in different regions and may not be compatible for installation.
