Orders will not be processed if the manufacturer is out of stock or unable to supply; no charges will be incurred if the order is not processed.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in the packaging or the product itself differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing as expected at the time of order, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transit, provided the product itself remains intact and functional.
