【Important Notes Before Ordering】
Before placing an order, please carefully confirm the desired color, size, and other relevant information.
Most products have their delivery dates confirmed after an order is placed, so there may be instances of product discontinuation or extended waiting times for shipment.
Orders will not be processed if the manufacturer is out of stock or temporarily unable to deliver; no charges will be incurred if an order is not processed.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change product specifications or exterior designs, which could result in the packaging or product itself differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's unilateral change in product design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of order, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order placement to delivery, which may result in packaging deformation or damage during transit, although the product itself remains intact and fully functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a product return, please submit your request in the return section; ensure the product's appearance is maintained and it is securely sealed in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your return request, we will promptly arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item.
For returns due to non-human damage or defects, please submit your return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products guaranteed as authentic, if found to be suspected counterfeits and confirmed as such by a court ruling after relevant legal proceedings, customers who purchased the product will be compensated 10 times the original purchase price.
