If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or other factors, the order will not be processed, and no charges will be incurred.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in the packaging or product appearance differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's design or specification change prevents the product from performing its intended function, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may cause deformation or damage to the packaging, while the product itself remains intact and functional.
