[Pre-order Notice]
Before ordering, please carefully confirm the color, size, and other relevant information.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed; therefore, some items may be discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or temporary unavailability, it will not be processed, and no charges will be incurred.
Please be aware that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or designs, which may result in differences between the packaging or product appearance and the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's design or specification change prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of purchase, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, which may result in deformation or damage to the packaging, while the product itself remains intact and functional.

If you require return services, please apply through the returns section; ensure the product appearance is maintained and it is packed in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your return request, we will arrange for a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
Please apply for returns of non-human-induced defects within 7 days of receiving the product.
