※ Brake System, The Ultimate Transmission Tool
Braided stainless steel brake hoses provide excellent hydraulic pressure transmission and stable braking force. This allows for sharper and more effortless braking performance. Additionally, the stainless steel braided material is resistant to wear and rupture, significantly reducing the risk of brake failure caused by hose damage.
Inspection point: The crimped joint between the metal hose and the metal sleeve is a potential weak point under constant vibration, as long-term bending and compression can lead to oil leaks or fractures.
The patented protective sleeve design protects against direct external impact after crimping, reinforces the rigidity of the split structure, and extends the vibration point onto the main body of the metal hose, thereby extending the service life and enhancing the aesthetic appearance.

PTFE Teflon Brake Hose - Close-up view
The outer layer is covered with PVC for extra protection and to allow for color variations.
The reinforcement layer consists of 304 stainless steel wire braiding to protect the inner tube, capable of withstanding high-pressure bursts with a low expansion coefficient.
The PTFE Teflon inner tube features acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, a low friction coefficient, non-stick properties, and a wide operating temperature range.

※ Precautions for Brake Hoses
Failure to replace brake fluid for a long period will cause the boiling point to drop continuously, leading to poor braking performance.
If rubber hoses show signs of cracking, hardening, expansion, or blistering, it is recommended to replace them with metal brake hoses.
Rusted brake hose fittings can lead to structural weakness and oil leaks; it is recommended to replace them with new metal brake hoses.
Long-distance downhill riding and frequent braking can overload the brake system, easily causing brake failure.
Regular maintenance ensures riding quality.

※The vehicle model may have different specifications in different regions and may not be compatible for installation.
