Developed and tested in collaboration with HRC Honda Racing World Champion Tim Gajser and engineers, the new RS-12 is ready for the track and dirt.

Aggressively and intelligently designed, the asymmetrically shaped RS-12 muffler maximizes capacity and incorporates a resonant chamber for sound management and usable power increase.

The unique profile of the RS-12 also offers more clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

The conical inlet design of the RS-12's muffler body allows the system to be pushed forward into the new Honda chassis, thus aiding weight centralization without sacrificing performance.

The unique oval manifold design was created using the FEA process and manufactured using a state of the art hydroforming process

Performance improvement with improved power delivery and weight reduction.

Just like the work systems used by our Factory Racers, the RS-12 systems use precision machined joints.

The machined joints provide a superior and precise fit for the joints ensuring a better seal between two surfaces with a perfect 360 degree contact surface which results in improved system life, fit and performance.

The new Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring simplifies the installation and removal of acoustic inserts and spark arrestors.

Professional-looking matte carbon fiber caseback with industry-leading design, innovation and detailing as expected from Yoshimura.

The carbon cap covers the RS-12 inner cap, thus improving the look while providing easier service than other more commonly found fitting models in the industry.

Warning: When installing the complete exhaust system, it may be necessary to remap the ECU.
