Product Part Number: OA-CPR-AY-05
Product Name: DIMOTIV YAMAHA Cygnus 6th Gen
Applicable Models: YAMAHA CYGNUS GRYPHUS 20

Why is a radiator guard a must-have item for new bike modifications?
Because the original factory radiator guard is very fragile, and the roads are full of small debris.
Often, without paying attention, the original radiator cooling fins get damaged by gravel.
In severe cases, it may even puncture the radiator, causing abnormalities in the engine cooling system, which is very expensive to repair.

Also, the cooling system is the key to maintaining the normal operation of a motorcycle engine. The radiator guard is usually located behind the front wheel.
However, DIMOTIV uses an aluminum alloy mesh surface and a large-area multi-hole design, which will not affect the necessary cooling function.
After installing the radiator guard, it can reduce the risk of the radiator cooling fins being cracked or damaged while still achieving cooling effects.
Allowing you to ride smoothly whether on short or long trips.

Heat-insulating foam is attached to the back where it contacts the radiator to improve the situation where aftermarket radiator guards scratch or wear out the original radiator or frame due to vibration.

Product Features:
Radiator guard can achieve cooling effects.
Simple DIY, protecting the radiator is just that easy.
Includes shock-absorbing heat-insulating foam to reduce friction between the radiator guard and the vehicle body.
Protects the original radiator from being punctured by small gravel while riding.
Multiple colors available, mix and match as you like, making your bike more stylish.
Passed corrosion resistance (anti-rust) tests and 60-hour anti-UV tests.
It only begins to fade after being exposed to 100 eV UV environment for over 60 hours, while the UV value in a general environment is about 3-10 eV.

Installation Precautions:
When installing the DIMOTIV radiator guard, depending on the vehicle model, it may be necessary to remove the fairing before installation.
Please avoid contact between the upper fixing hooks and lower mounting points with the original radiator surface to prevent damage to the radiator.

※The vehicle model may have different specifications in different regions and may not be compatible for installation.
