【Notes before ordering】
Before ordering, please double-check information such as the color and size you wish to purchase.
Most products have lead times provided after the order is placed, so there may be situations where products are discontinued or require a long waiting period for shipment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer stock shortages or temporary unavailability, it will not be processed; no charges will be incurred if the order is not processed.
Please note that manufacturers may unilaterally change specifications or exterior designs, which may result in the packaging or the product itself differing from the images on the product page.
If a manufacturer's unilateral change in design or specifications prevents the product from performing its intended function as expected at the time of order, please consult our customer service for further assistance.
Products undergo multiple shipping processes from order to delivery, so packaging may be deformed or damaged during transit, while the product itself remains intact and functional.
【Return Policy】
If you require a return service, please apply through the returns section; please keep the product appearance intact and pack it in its original packaging box.
Upon receiving your return request, we will dispatch a logistics provider to collect the item as soon as possible.
For non-human damage or defects, please apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
【Authenticity Guarantee】
For products with an authenticity guarantee, if they are found to be suspected counterfeits and are confirmed as such by a court judgment following relevant litigation, we will compensate the customer 10 times the original purchase price of the product.
