Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Webike Taiwan Export service and website. By visiting the Webike Taiwan Export website, you understand, accept and agree to, the content of these Terms & Conditions and what's on the help page. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms of Service

When you place an order via our website (exp.webike.tw) we will treat that action as an offer to buy.

Once the order is placed, you will receive confirmation in the form of an e-mail and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

Product Specifications and Suitability

Most of the products displayed on our website are for motorcycles made for Taiwan. Please understand that it is purchasers' risks to purchase any items for ones' motorcycle that are not listed as a suitable model. We are not in responsible for any accuracy of suitability to foreign model due to a possibility of slight difference to each other (i.e. Taiwanese name:ZOOMER foreign name:RUCKUS).

The original language of the product data listed on the website may not be in the displayed language. Therefore, there is a possibility that the result after translation may differ from the actual name of the product in the language you use. Webike Taiwan Export cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the product descriptions and the actual products. For more detailed information about the product, please contact our customer support team.

Webike Taiwan Export shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item.

We encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Webike Taiwan Export cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part.

Availability / Estimated Delivery Times

Webike Taiwan Export has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered.

We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just contact service@webike.tw with your order number.

Payment

We accept credit card payments. All retail prices for products listed on Webike Taiwan Export are displayed in USD.

Please note that product prices do not include shipping fees.

Make sure to place your order online. Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the full order details, including shipping costs.

Other currencies

For your reference, we also display the item price in other currencies. It is calculated at the exchange rate of the day.

*The exchange rate Webike use to calculate each currencies for listing may be differ from the rate you use when you place your order.

If you are receiving your order outside of Taiwan, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes at the time of delivery in each customer's country of residence.

These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. In that case, applicable fees and taxes are to be paid by the addressee.

Shipping

We use shipping methods including EMS and SF Express.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the "Shipping Point chart". The chart is calculated by its total weight, size, area of delivery, and handling fee.

List price/Selling price

All prices listed on our website represents the price offered at the time of display, and sale prices are always subject to change. We will not accept any requests for compensation nor discounts caused by these price adjustments.

Our site attempts to maintain accuracy of product descriptions on the site as possible. However, if there is incorrect price information or price related information on the site, we will make price adjustments as follows:

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, Webike will, either contact you before shipping to inform you of the correct price and ask for additional payment, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Cancellations

If your order has not already been delivered, we can cancel it. Should you decide to cancel your order, please immediately contact service@webike.tw with your order number.

If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel the shipment. If so, simply return the item, and we will refund the purchase price. Unfortunately, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

If the item you have received is damaged, please contact us by e-mail with photo attached within 7 days so that we may remedy the situation.

We reserve the right to delete or prohibit the use of an account without prior notice to the account holder if we believe that the member directly or indirectly interfere with our business as a whole and/or are in a competitive relationship with us.

We restrict customer creating multiple accounts, such we have right to delete those account as well without prior notice.
