What are OEM Parts?

OEM parts are components produced by the vehicle manufacturer. Each motorcycle is composed of thousands to tens of thousands of parts. Given the vast number of parts, their names can vary significantly. So, how can consumers accurately choose the parts they really need?
To address this, each motorcycle manufacturer provides a "Parts Manual" specific to their models. In the parts manual, you can find the "part numbers" for all the detailed components of that model. By ordering parts based on the part numbers listed in the parts manual, you can avoid ordering the wrong items.
Note: Part numbers vary according to each manufacturer and have different formats, typically composed of a combination of "numbers" and "letters" along with punctuation.

Select the brand you want to inquire about and enter the part number you are searching for, then submit your inquiry.
The response time for quotations and delivery schedules varies depending on the brand and the domestic or international suppliers. The fastest response time for quotations and delivery schedules is 5 minutes.
After confirming the quotation and delivery schedule, you can proceed with the order. Once ordered, imported parts will arrive in as soon as 4 business days, and domestic parts in as soon as 1 business day.

1.Parts Manual
Domestic Brands:First, prepare a parts manual. We provide relevant recommended links, or you can search on Google or check major domestic forums for information.
2. Parts Number
After selecting the part, use the number shown in the exploded view to find the part number you need.
(As shown in the above image, the part number corresponding to part number 1 is 17210-MFL-000;for domestic parts,as shown in the image below, the parts number for the air filter is B6H-E4451-00.)
3. Select Brand
On the genuine parts homepage, please select the brand of your motorcycle. Currently, we offer the following imported brands:
Japanese : HONDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI, KAWASAKI
German : BMW
British : TRIUMPH
Italian : DUCATI, APRILIA, PIAGGIO, VESPA, MOTOGUZZI, GILERA
Austrian : KTM
Indonesian : YAMAHA ——a total of thirteen imported brands.
For domestic brands, we offer parts for seven manufacturers: KYMCO, SYM, YAMAHA Motor Taiwan, SUZUKI Motorcycle TW, AEON, PGO Motive Power, and HARTFORD.
4. Enter Genuine Parts Number and Quantity, and Remarks
Enter the part number (in uppercase alphanumeric half-width) and the required quantity.
You can also enter the Chinese name in the remarks column for easier verification of the product later.
If you don't know the part number, please contact "Webike Dealers" or purchase the genuine parts manual.
※ Do not enter spaces, Chinese characters, or symbols not provided in the genuine part number field to avoid query errors.
※ If you have parts from different brands to inquire about, please inquire separately. Only the part numbers of that brand are accepted for a single brand inquiry. If you enter a "part number" of a different brand, the query result will be unclear.
※ There are restrictions on importing genuine parts, such as oversized items, hazardous materials (batteries, lithium batteries (more than 3), abnormal bodies, high-pressure gases, gas cylinders, etc.),
inspection-required items (tires), etc. If you purchase these items, we will notify you and assist in canceling the order.
After entering the part number and quantity, press submit to inquire.
Before submitting, please confirm the brand you are inquiring about.
5. Check Quotations and Delivery Time
After submitting the inquiry, you will receive a query number.
You can check your inquiry history and results on the left side of the page under "Inquiry History".
The query time varies from about 5 minutes to 1-2 business days.
Once the query result is completed, we will send an email to your mailbox and also send a notification message at the top left of the screen.
You can also check the quotations and delivery time in the genuine parts inquiry system > inquiry history.
On the page, we will provide the "quotation" and "delivery time" for the queried part number.
The quotations include international shipping, customs duties (Imported parts), and invoice taxes.
The delivery time is estimated in business days (excluding holidays).
After confirming the price and delivery time, you can proceed to add to the cart to start ordering.
※ Please note that each quotation is only valid for 14 days. After that time, the quotation will expire, and you will need to inquire again.
※ The price of imported genuine parts will fluctuate based on the original factory price and exchange rates, so the price may vary at different times of inquiry.
Purchase Process
After you have checked the quotations for the original parts, except for items with statuses such as "delivery date unknown," "discontinued," "sold out," or "unknown,"
all other original parts can be selected and added to your cart. In addition to original parts, you can also purchase "add-on" items or other rider gear and modification parts. Once everything is added to your cart, proceed to checkout.
Shipping fees will be determined based on the "Shipping Point" of the parts you purchase. Currently, payment is only available via credit card.
During checkout, you can also use your accumulated points or any discount coupons you have received to offset the purchase amount.
