After more than three years of development and testing, we are happy to announce that our RS-12 is here for the Yamaha YZ250F!
With the help of factory Team riders, incredibly talented technicians, devoted engineers and a willingness to raise the bar, our RS-12 has now arrived for current Yamaha.
We considered all the details when it came to RS-12.
One look and you can see it's like nothing else on the market.
As you get closer you will notice the details in every point of our new motocross system, from the matte carbon fiber end cap with decal inlays to the precision machined joints, this system takes it to the next level.
Features and Benefits
The aggressive, intelligently designed, asymmetrically shaped RS-12 profile maximizes muffler volume which helps manage sound, add horsepower, and provide more tire and caliper clearance.
Performance improvement
Just like the works systems our Factory Racers use, the RS-12 systems use precision machined joints.
Machined joints provide a superior and precise fit for joints by better sealing between two surfaces with perfect 360 degree contact surface resulting in improved system life, fit and performance
Professional looking matte carbon fiber case back with industry leading design, innovation and detailing as expected from Yoshimura.
Carbon end cap covers Inner cap mounted design improves durability and makes maintenance easier than other sandwich mount designs more commonly found in the industry
New, patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring simplifies installation and removal of acoustic inserts and spark arrestors
The streamlined muffler body inlet design of the RS-12 allows the system to be pushed forward thus aiding in weight centralization without sacrificing performance
Repack kits, optional inserts and spark arrestors are available for all models.
The RS-12 was proudly developed, engineered and manufactured in the USA.
