The Unique design of Crash Bars from SRC, embodiments full Protection of the Upper and Lower Engine/Body/Chassis of the Motorbike
• Manufactured out of Steel Pipe of 1” diameter and 1.8 mm thickness, and processed in State-of-the-Art Laser cut machines for Cutting to Lengths, Notching and Bent on CNC Pipe Bending machines
• Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residual stresses, before surface protection process
• Coating to black finish, gives the Crash Bar adequate corrosion resistance to endure all weather conditions to which the Motorbike will be subjected
• The Full Assemblage includes Compatible Hardware, Bracketry, Sacrificial Slider Guards made out of Compression Molded Resin to give it the strength and takes the impact in the event of a fall of the Motorbike (easier and economical to replace in the event of a big fall of the Motorbike)
