Hydroformed Muffler
This is the first of the new generation RS-12 exhaust to feature weight-saving hydroforming technology.
This technology maximizes space while minimizing material usage. Hydroforming eliminates many of the limitations of conventional metal forming methods, resulting in a stronger, lighter muffler.
This new pipe also incorporates a one-piece, deep-drawn resonator that further improves durability.

Hydroformed Primary Header
Improved performance through an exact match of the oval exhaust pipe, with a smooth internal transition from oval to round.
Increased durability through fewer welded connections. Improved fit through the exact repeatability of the hydroforming process.

Carbon-Coated Machined Link
Our new carbon-coated machined link eliminates the use of anti-seize.
This is achieved by impregnating the surface of the stainless steel link with carbon atoms.
The result is less wear over the life of the part, thanks to the reduction in friction.

Manifold Resonator
Developed in collaboration with Team Honda HRC, the manifold resonator is not only aesthetically pleasing, but allows us to maximize power across the entire spectrum, while improving rider feel.

The new RS-12 for the 2025 Honda CRF450R/RX also comes with an INS-32-K db killer insert installed.
This insert not only produces a pleasing sound to the ear, but also ensures the best power for the new Honda.
The CRF450R RS-12 was designed, developed and manufactured in the USA with the help of Team Honda HRC in the USA and Europe.
