*The product on the photo is with a camshaft.
*To improve power and torque, you can increase the maximum speed by increasing the front sprocket by 1 to 2T, by reducing the rear sprocket by 3 to 5T, and by making the gear ratio long.The reduction ratio varies depending on preferences, usage conditions, installation of clutches with different primary reduction ratio, etc.
*The Bore-up KIT varies depending on the office of the district, but if it meets the conditions such as remodeling application and compliance driving, it is possible driving on public roads. Please be sure to obtain a license for a motorcycle license less than a mini limitation, and receive delivery of two types license plates.
*108cc bore up KIT has been designed for use in the competition. Therefore, the maintenance cycle becomes short.
Note about assembly
*Please check that the clearance between the cylinder sleeve and the through the hole on the crankcase side is 0.5mm or more when mounting the cylinder.The cylinder sleeve may interfere less than 0.5mm or less depending on the manufacturing error of the crankcase. In that case, please sharpen the through hole of the crankcase to ensure a clearance of 0.5mm or more.
*The thickness of the piston ring of the old product and the current product differs. The current product is 0.8-0.8-1.5, the old product 's 85/88 cc is 1.0-1.0-2.0, and the old product 104-108cc is 1.0-2.0 (2 rings). Please check on the size if you need a piston ring with repair before purchasing.
Notes on repair of the cylinder head gasket
*Bore up KIT of 85/88/104 / 108cc carried out model change of cylinder and head gasket in 2003-2004.
Please note that the head gasket differs depending on the type of cylinder. Old Cylinder Paper Head Gasket Specification: Cylinder Length: 62.6mm, current type cylinder stainless steel head gasket specification: cylinder length: 63.4mm.
*The valve and the piston interfere with each other, causing serious damage when assembling the stainless steel head gasket to the old cylinder.
*The camshaft chain will not enter the camshaft sprocket and cannot be assembled when assembling a paper head gasket to a new type (current) cylinder.
